Brandt Maybury, Co-Founder & Managing Director

        Development chef and food consultant from a Michelin star background with an extensive career in food manufacturing and product development. A regular judge for the Great Taste Awards, World Food Innovation Awards and the Academy of Chocolate.

Micah Carr-Hill, Co-Founder & Development Director

      Food scientist and product developer who has held the prestigious positions of Head of Taste and Master Blender for global brands. Holds a WSET diploma in wine and is author of a best selling cookbook.
