Our cross-functional team are comprised of chefs, product developers, marketeers, nutritionists and food consultants. We develop food and beverage products for global brands, retailer private labels and start-up businesses, many of which have gone on to win awards. We actively follow UK and global food innovation trends, whilst having the expertise and confidence to focus on the ones that have longevity. With a consistently high number of active projects we work across a broad variety of categories such as confectionery, hot and cold beverages, bakery, snacking, condiments, baby food, ready meals and many more.

Working out of our dedicated office and development kitchen in West London, we work on a cross–functional basis with our partner agencies and consultants to deliver the best results possible, with great taste always being paramount in our objectives.


The Ideal Candidate


  • Ideally at least one year of experience working in a kitchen

  • A real passion for food and a great palate

  • Ability to work under pressure as part of a professional team

  • Eager to learn new skills and ways of working

  • Food trend awareness

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google

The Role


This is an incredible opportunity for an individual looking for experience in the world of food and drink product development. As an integral part of the NPD team you will be involved in all active projects, in addition to taking responsibility for some of the key day-to-day tasks of running the development kitchen.


Kitchen Management

  • Assist with day to day management of the development kitchen

  • Assist with ordering of all ingredients and consumables

  • Preparation and setup of client tasting sessions and presentations

  • Stock control

  • Cleaning schedule


Research & Development

  • Researching and sourcing manufacturing partners

  • Sourcing new ingredients and packaging samples

  • Spec photography

  • Co-ordinate tasting sessions and gathering all feedback.

  • Various legislation research (global markets, restricted ingredients)
