With a consistently high number of active projects we work across a broad variety of categories such as confectionery, hot and cold beverages, bakery, snacking, condiments, baby food, ready meals and many more.

We are currently a team of eleven, made up of chefs, product developers, marketeers, project managers, food consultants and business administrators. Based in Fulham, West London, our offices are fully equipped with a development kitchen, photography workspace and open plan desk space. We have seen rapid growth over the past 3 years and have exciting plans for the future. 

Now in our next phase of expansion, we require a full-time Procurement Coordinator to head up the procurement and supply chain management of our development projects. The main responsibilities of this role will include sourcing ingredients and development samples from a wide range of suppliers, in addition to locating and onboarding co-manufacturers on behalf of our clients. Due to the broad variety of projects that we work on, this will no doubt mean new territory for most candidates and would suit an individual with existing procurement experience or even a development chef/technologist looking to move to a more desk-based role.


The Candidate


  • At least 3 years’ experience in a relevant role.

  • Ideally a background in the food and beverage industry.

  • Comfortable designing and managing various databases.

  • Adaptable and eager to learn new skills.

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills.

  • Keen for a new challenge as part of a fast-growing, exciting business.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.


The Role

  • Develop, hone and execute new and improved procurement strategies across all channels of purchasing and manufacturer sourcing.

  • Build and develop strong relationships with our suppliers, co-manufacturers and other key partners.

  • Source new suppliers and co-manufacturers, for the UK, EU and rest of the world.

  • Research and source innovative new ingredients, packaging, equipment and other materials.

  • Finalise pricing and supplier contracts.

  • Create policies and procedures for risk management and mitigation.

  • Carry out kitchen testing on new and innovative ingredients from suppliers.

  • Manage project timelines and critical paths alongside the product development team.
